About The Position

As an Overnight Stocker at H-E-B, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's inventory and ensuring that shelves are stocked and organized during the night shift. This position requires a high level of energy and stamina, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to meet nightly goals. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, unloading products, and providing excellent customer service, all while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves and refills displays.
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
• Conditions shelves and products.
• Learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail.
• Keeps department clean and well-organized, including back room and shelves.
• Ensures compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meets federal, state, and company regulations for product safety and sanitation.
• Works efficiently with a team to maintain productivity standards.
• Takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks.
• May coach or train other Stockers.
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions.
