You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store during the overnight shift, which runs from 10 PM to 7 AM. Your primary duties will include maintaining inventory accuracy by binning and picking merchandise, utilizing our inventory management system, and completing bin audits. You will also be tasked with maintaining merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating products, removing damaged or out-of-date items, and organizing product displays. Additionally, you will receive and stock merchandise throughout the facility, ensuring that the backroom is organized and adheres to company safety and operational procedures. In this role, you will help ensure the proper execution of the customer inventory flow process, maintain backroom standards, unload trucks, and process freight correctly. Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy by binning and picking merchandise.
- Utilize the inventory management system and complete bin audits.
- Work on inventory exceptions and correct shelf capacities.
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise.
- Remove damaged or out-of-date goods and organize product displays.
- Sign and price merchandise appropriately and secure fragile items.
- Receive and stock merchandise throughout the facility.
- Organize and maintain the backroom following safety and operational procedures.
- Utilize equipment appropriately and set up displays.
- Maintain modular integrity and complete required documentation.
- Ensure proper execution of the customer inventory flow process.
- Maintain backroom standards and unload trucks.
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise as needed.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
