About The Position
To make a positive contribution and measurably impact the sales of Corporate Brand products as a member of a team to complete grocery store section resets. Support division's merchandising efforts in a manner consistent with Kroger's Corporate Brand Mission and P.L. Marketing. The position requires working Monday through Thursday from 9PM to 7:30AM. Responsibilities include providing customer assistance, directing temporary workers, executing category/aisle set plans, and demonstrating teamwork with Kroger and other employees. The role also involves identifying opportunities to increase sales, applying strong merchandising skills, completing assigned plan-o-gram work, and operating Kroger equipment safely. Up to 50% overnight travel may be required, and employees may need to support additional store needs during reduced hours.
