Responsibilities
- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
- Handle all front desk related tasks, including information calls and checking members in.
- Sign up new members and take potential members on tours.
- Manage changes needed to members' accounts.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
