Responsibilities
- Operate your own truck under Panther's authority as an independent contractor.

- Get assigned scheduled lanes through the Dedicated all-miles paid program.
- Ensure safe, precise, and on-time delivery of freight.
- Manage your own schedule and home time effectively.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience required (no experience necessary for straight trucks or cargo vans).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years.
- No felonies in the last 10 years.
