Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant renovation/construction experience or education.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with local and national building/property management codes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence others.
• Comfort with technology and software to manage workloads effectively.

• Real estate or home inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching, and motivating team members to instill pride in their work.
• Supervising ongoing renovation projects and ensuring SFR3 standards are met.
• Conducting walk-throughs of homes to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Certifying and signing off on completed renovations, acting as the gatekeeper for project completion.
• Monitoring budget adherence and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentoring renovation managers to improve processes and outcomes.
