About the position

The PMax/Google Ads Product Marketing Manager will be a key player in the Global Product Go-To-Market team, focusing on driving the adoption of AI-powered performance and mid-funnel advertising products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that address adoption challenges and ensure successful market activation through insights-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Implement go-to-market strategies to maximize the adoption and success of AI-powered performance & mid-funnel solutions among clients and agencies.
  • Collaborate with advertiser and agency sales teams, providing them with product knowledge and resources to empower them to effectively position and sell AI-powered solutions.
  • Partner with regional GTM teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis, identifying trends, challenges, and success stories.
  • Work with Product Solutions teams to champion the needs of GCAS, ensuring their inclusion in product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising technology.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered performance or mid-funnel advertising products (i.e. Broad Match, PMax, DemandGen).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong collaborator with success building relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to analyze performance trends to deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong operational rigor with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive/track progress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a global context.
  • Familiarity with brand suitability.
