About the position

The PT Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Data Analyst at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center (WCCAC) plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission to provide hope, healing, and justice for children and families affected by abuse. This part-time position focuses on data collection and analysis to identify opportunities for program improvements and measurable outcomes, working closely with various departments and stakeholders to enhance the quality of services provided to child victims and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with staff across departments on case data entry, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Prepare the client data management system, including quarterly CACTX and bi-annual NCA reporting.
  • Ensure consistent data entry and provide/coordinating training as needed.
  • Extract and analyze data for internal and external reporting, including grant purposes.
  • Assist MDT partners with data requests.
  • Maintain monthly/annual reports and agency data.
  • Recommend improvements in data collection and reporting methods.
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate case data to create reports and identify trends.
  • Prepare statistical reports, spreadsheets, and visual aids for grants and community awareness.
  • Ensure technical data is accurate and complete.
  • Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and statistical tools to present data.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings and other community meetings as assigned.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the case management system, following organizational protocols.
  • Report regularly on data statuses and performance metrics.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a focus in public administration, health services, child development, or criminal justice, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of administrative and/or analytical experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with databases, spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and above-average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software programs.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, JotForm, and Apricot is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and analytical.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle reading and reporting very sensitive and possibly traumatic data regarding individual child abuse cases.
  • Ability to pass annual criminal and DFPS background checks, as well as clear the National Sex Offender Public Website and SafeSport registries.
  • Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid Texas Driver's License that meets the Center's insurance company's requirement for coverage.
