About the position
The Part-Time Retail Store Associate at Adidas America Inc. is responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for customers while embodying the brand's values of creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by creating emotional connections as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and enhance the store's performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED is required or in pursuit of it.
- Three to six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
