About the position
The Virginia Marx Children's Center at Westchester Community College seeks enthusiastic and skilled teachers to work with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers. The Center is a NYS licensed child care facility and NAEYC accredited.
Responsibilities
- Work with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a licensed child care facility.
- Provide a nurturing and educational environment for children.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or satisfactory completion of 60 credits with at least one course in childhood education, psychology, or early childhood development for $16.60 per hour position.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of experience working with children for $17.00 per hour position.
