Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the Student-Athlete Development team.
  • Develop and implement programming that supports the holistic development of student-athletes.
  • Manage events related to student-athlete development and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
  • Handle administrative and educational responsibilities related to the position.
  • Cultivate and maintain external partnerships that benefit student-athletes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • For Assistant AD: 4 years of full-time experience in an athletic department.
  • For Associate AD: 5 years of full-time experience in an athletic department.
  • 3 years of experience in Life Skills or Student-Athlete Development within a collegiate athletic department.
  • For Associate AD: 2 years of experience in a leadership/decision-making role in Life Skills or Student-Athlete Development.
