The P800 Model e Program Control Team plays a crucial role in delivering electric vehicle programs on time, within budget, and in compliance with key regulatory requirements. The selected candidate for the P800 Supply Chain Program Analyst position will lead a cross-functional team responsible for key sourcing deliverables, including timing, cost, and regulatory compliance for the Model E program. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to shape the future of Ford's EV program strategy and key deliverables. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of electric vehicle programs.
  • Manage key sourcing deliverables including timing, cost, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align on program objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of the Model E program strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with electric vehicles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to electric vehicle programs.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be a plus.
