About the position
The PACE-Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for organizing and monitoring the Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement Plan for PACE Place. This role involves developing the annual QI plan, collecting and analyzing data, and creating reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will oversee the compliance program to ensure adherence to governmental regulations and evaluate existing policies for effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor the Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement Plan for PACE Place.
- Develop the QI annual plan and guide its implementation.
- Collect data from various sources and track, analyze, and trend this data.
- Create reports to share with stakeholders regarding quality improvement efforts.
- Assist in the review process to evaluate and resolve grievances from participants and their families.
- Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program to meet governmental regulations.
- Review and evaluate existing company policies for effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN preferred or MSW/LCSW/BSW with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Master's Level degree is helpful.
- Health Care Quality Assurance Certification (CPHQ) or training preferred.
- Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with a frail or elderly population.
- Training and/or experience with PACE, MA, MA-PD, or PDP programs.
- Training and/or experience working with regulatory authorities.
