This position involves coordinating the PACES grants program, managing the online data collection system, and supporting the tracking and reporting of engaged scholarship initiatives. The role is integral to fostering community engagement and enhancing the university's mission of inclusivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online data collection system (Collaboratory) for public and community-engaged scholarship.
• Assist faculty and staff with entering engaged scholarship activities and provide support for the online platform.
• Coordinate training sessions about Collaboratory for campus constituents.
• Respond to requests for information regarding public and community-engaged scholarship activities and generate reports.
• Collect and summarize data from PACES grant applications and reports.
• Coordinate the PACES grant-making process and manage submissions through the online application system.
• Provide logistical support for grant selection committees and assist with meeting facilitation.
• Notify applicants of committee decisions and provide feedback upon request.
• Track the progress of funded projects and manage the submission and review of status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with tracking, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and management skills, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Experience with project management and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work well as a team member, balancing leadership and followership roles.
• Demonstrated capacity to take initiative and develop a personal work plan.
