The Alternate Part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor/Package Center Supervisor is responsible for managing daily package dispatch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing operational service issues. This role requires analyzing previous dispatch results to enhance service performance and streamline routes, while also providing customer service support and facilitating operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan daily package dispatch for the center.
• Handle operational service issues such as on-call Air pickups and heavy pick-up accounts.
• Analyze previous dispatch results to maximize service performance.
• Streamline routes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate operational needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer service support, including answering messages and concerns.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
• Strong customer service skills.
