Part-time employees typically work one shift a day, while full-time employees may work two shifts, with shift lengths varying based on package volume. Generally, part-time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day, while full-time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. Overtime pay is available for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Working one shift a day for part-time employees and two shifts for full-time employees, with shift lengths varying based on package volume.
- Maintaining safety and efficiency while performing warehouse duties.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures during all operations.
