About the position

The Inventory Control Manifestor at Seaboard Triumph Foods will oversee inventory control and distribution processes within the processing plant, focusing on packaging and ingredients. This role involves operating tray former machines and forklifts, ensuring proper traceability of materials, and maintaining effective communication across departments to optimize inventory levels and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive all materials required for business into the Infor M3 system, ensuring proper traceability is maintained.
• Issue all materials required for business from the Infor M3 system, ensuring proper traceability is maintained.
• Ensure all inventory control policies, practices, and procedures are met and controlled daily.
• Monitor the inventory control system to ensure all receiving and issuance of materials is correctly performed.
• Effectively communicate and control inventory levels using a just-in-time purchase and delivery process.
• Provide written and verbal reports on all opportunities that occur in your area of responsibility, including actions taken to correct issues and recommended action plans with a timetable for achieving them.
• Interface with all departments to maintain positive relations, routinely seeking feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service provided.
• Develop a collaborative relationship with everyone to maintain good rapport for successfully accomplishing your job.
• Operate all tray former machines as required.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize proper personal equipment where/when required.
