About the position

The Packaging Operator is responsible for ensuring the correct assembly and packaging of silicone manufactured parts while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role involves performing dimensional inspections, using various measuring tools, and ensuring that products are clean and properly packaged. The operator will also document inspections and verifications according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Responsibilities

• Safely package quality silicone manufactured parts and assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret written work processes, manufacturing aides, models, and basic prints.
• Use general computer programs and current industrial technology including QAD, MQ1, and FACTIVITY.
• Adhere to standards defined by SOPs, MOPs, ISO standards, and GMP.
• Safely use power and hand tools for defined processes.
• Perform general math equations and complete accurate documentation.
• Multi-task and stand for extended periods.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with measurement equipment required.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Strong work ethic, efficiency, and willingness to perform all required work required.

Nice-to-haves

• Machine operating experience preferred.
