About the position

The Packaging Operator is responsible for performing packaging and light machine operation functions to support production goals. This role involves labeling and packaging products accurately, maintaining packaging equipment, and ensuring compliance with production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and light machine operation functions in support of production goals.
• Properly label and package products in the correct configuration.
• Apply up-to-date labels, inserts, and outer packaging materials for work orders.
• Maintain all packaging equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for all shifts and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a sense of urgency.
• High manual dexterity is a must.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Experience with GMP's & SOP's.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
