About the position

The Print Production Designer will join the packaging design team at TEKsystems, focusing on creating and adapting packaging artwork for various home devices and consoles. This role is situated in the innovation hub, where the designer will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver print-ready artwork while adhering to packaging guidelines. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Producing and adapting packaging artwork
• Creating and editing presentation decks
• Assisting with soft-proof/hard-proof reviews
• Coordinating with external production vendors
• Optimizing digital images and assets for print
• Helping build and update packaging style guides
• Completing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Print Production Designer supporting packaging
• Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• BA/BS in Design or equivalent (considering Associate's with strong industry experience)
• Ability to create and maintain scalable solutions
