About The Position

The Packaging Production Operator at Land O'Lakes, Inc. is responsible for operating and monitoring powder packaging and coding equipment in a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility. This role involves handling raw materials, ensuring product quality, and packaging the final product while adhering to regulatory and company standards. The position requires working in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends, in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control the powder packaging and coding equipment in accordance with all regulatory, customer, and company operating procedures
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment
• Ensure the proper weight and code is achieved on the finished product prior to storing
• Palletize and transport finished packaged product to warehouse
• Operate the sack filling bagging equipment according to company policies, practices, and procedures
