Packer 2nd and 3rd Shift

About the position

The Packer position at QPS Employment Group offers an opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment, focusing on packaging products for shipment. This role is available for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a pay range of $16.50 to $16.80 per hour. Responsibilities

• Package products according to standard operating procedures and specifications.
• Ensure quality compliance by inspecting products for defects and accuracy.
• Remove defective products for rework or disposal as necessary.
• Alert personnel to potential quality issues and stop the line if needed.
• Rotate through all packing functions and perform at expected levels.
• Complete cleaning functions and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
• Accurately complete required paperwork, including cGMP documentation.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring new employees and temporary staff.
