About the position
The position involves assembling custom kits for clients, picking and packing orders, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment and utilizing SAP/ERP systems for inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently assemble custom kits for clients.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Perform outbound shipping of goods.
- Determine if finished products meet quality standards for customers.
- Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose.
- Make decisions based on workload and shipment deadlines.
- Follow Return's Disposition playbook.
- Utilize SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to commute or relocate to North Las Vegas, NV.

- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
