About the position

This position involves packaging automotive parts into boxes or bags while adhering to specific instructions and safety regulations. It is a temp-to-hire role, requiring 520 hours of work before a potential permanent hire is offered.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to instructions (seal, label, and box placement).
• Meet productivity standards and complete tasks timely and accurately.
• Follow all directions and collaborate efficiently with the team.
• Maintain workplace organization and follow safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must pass E-Verify, a 10-panel drug test, and meet background check criteria (no felonies or repeat misdemeanors).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work overtime when required.
