Responsibilities
- Manage all operations related to contents and specialty contents, including packing, cleaning, storage, and replacements
- Supervise project management for claims
- Collaborate with the estimator to create precise and timely estimates
- Handle inventory, boxing, and packing of contents affected by water, smoke, or soot damage from customers' homes
- Clean, inventory, and pack contents diligently for safe return to customers' homes post-cleaning
- Identify and document items that are unable to be cleaned or salvaged
- Engage in physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing between 50-75 lbs
Requirements
- A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are required
- Successful completion of a Background and Drug screening is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential
- Previous knowledge and experience in residential construction and general cleaning are preferred qualifications
