About the position

The Paid Ad Video Editor will play a crucial role in the marketing team by creating and producing engaging video ads that drive results. This position focuses on both fast-paced and refined ad production, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to enhance creativity and effectiveness. The editor will have the opportunity to witness the direct impact of their work on marketing campaigns aimed at empowering aspiring female entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Create multiple fast-paced ads per month using AI tools like Arc Ads and Creatify.
• Develop refined, high-quality ads using advanced tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and Runway.
• Mash up existing videos to create three different ads that are strong yet distinctly different from one another.
• Repurpose winning ads in three new ways to make them feel completely new.
• Edit and combine customer testimonials to produce impactful and authentic advertisements.
• Adapt winning ads for new formats and platforms, ensuring they remain fresh and engaging.
• Utilize AI voices (e.g., ElevenLabs), AI-generated videos, and B-roll footage to enhance ad content and create new ads from scratch.
• Apply editing skills and discernment to produce ads that resonate with aspiring female entrepreneurs.
• Emphasize high-volume creative testing to identify and scale successful ad concepts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform editing approach.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align ad content with campaign goals and brand messaging.

Requirements

• Experience with traditional video editing software and AI tools such as Arc Ads, Creatify, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, and AI voice tools like ElevenLabs.
• Ability to add engaging effects similar to TikTok-style enhancements.
• Skilled at transforming existing content into fresh, compelling ads.
• Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas without constant direction.
• Focus on creating ads that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor ads for insights.
• Familiarity with using AI to enhance editing efficiency and creative output.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
