About the position

The Paid Ads and Marketing Manager at Well Served LLC is responsible for leading digital marketing efforts for the brands Varsity Coolers and Freedom Funnel. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness and engagement through social media and email marketing strategies, aimed at driving traffic and boosting sales. The ideal candidate will be creative, driven, and capable of managing multiple projects while staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and post content regularly, including photos, videos, stories, and other digital media.
  • Collaborate with influencers and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
  • Optimize email marketing strategies to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting tactics to meet marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, email marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and email marketing campaigns for brands (experience in ecommerce or consumer products is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative and proactive approach to content creation and community engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
