Blue Aspen Marketing is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead the development and execution of paid advertising strategies, primarily focusing on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for social media marketing and a proven track record in managing successful paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with sales and fulfillment teams to identify upsell opportunities and close deals.
  • Take ownership of work and be accountable for results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook advertising objectives, targeting options, and ad formats.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
