About the position

Meyer is searching for a Paid Ads Editor to join our Growth Team, bringing innovative, standout creative ideas to life for the best in cookware. Reporting to the Paid Creative & Influencer Strategist, you'll create scroll-stopping ads that celebrate the art of cooking while driving maximum results! This is your chance to combine your love for food and creativity, delivering visuals that spark inspiration in the kitchen and action in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit high-impact video and graphic ads that showcase cookware in action, featuring sizzling pans, vibrant ingredients, and culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with the Paid Creative Strategist and paid ads team to develop ad concepts that highlight the joys of cooking and the unmatched quality of our cookware.
• Ensure ads are visually stunning, performance-optimized, and irresistible to the aspiring chef.
• Stay updated with design, video editing, and social media trends to keep content fresh and competitive across key paid media channels including META and TikTok.
• Use performance insights to refine ad creative, focusing on audience resonance and engagement.
• Uphold the brand's premium positioning while exploring bold, creative approaches that drive engagement.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing high-performing, visually compelling ads, especially in food, cookware, beauty, or lifestyle categories.
• Experience creating content for paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with an understanding of how to optimize for each channel.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and/or other editing/design tools.
• Comfortable using performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative content for maximum impact.
