About the position

The Paid Digital Marketing Manager at The Brand Amp is a full-time, client-facing role responsible for strategizing, executing, and reporting on various digital advertising platforms. The position requires a strong ability to multi-task, problem-solve independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as a liaison between clients and internal/external team members.
  • Develop, create, and optimize multiple clients' campaigns across various platforms.
  • Think creatively to create powerful cross-channel marketing campaigns and effective re-marketing strategies.
  • Handle researching, copywriting, campaign setups, optimizing, testing, and interpreting data to drive better results.
  • Create compelling end-of-month and ad hoc reports with explained outcomes, findings, new ideas, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and interpret clients' business, brand, and campaign goals.
  • Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, following different processes and procedures per company guidelines.
  • Follow through on projects and drive them to completion with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop strong creatives for A/B testing.
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends regarding tools, platforms, updates, and strategy.
  • Travel for company/client as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant agency experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation abilities.
  • Google Ads Certifications (at least two current Google Certifications).
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax, & YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio, Supermetrics, & TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with GMP/SA360/GA360/DV360, SEO, CTV, CRO, and graphic design/Photoshop abilities are a plus.
