About the position

As the Paid Digital Media Manager at DelRicht Research, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient recruitment for clinical trials through effective digital marketing strategies. This position focuses on leveraging analytics and targeted messaging to engage potential participants, ultimately contributing to the success of clinical studies and the advancement of healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid search & social to effectively recruit patients for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical trial objectives, target demographics, and messaging requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to reach potential participants.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B split testing and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with patients and drive traffic.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help manage and allocate budgets across campaigns while continually seeking opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing paid media advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
