About the position

The Paid Digital Media Manager at DelRicht Research is responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies to effectively recruit patients for clinical trials. This role is crucial in leveraging analytics to target specific demographics and refine messaging, ultimately driving engagement and attracting qualified participants. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to understand clinical trial objectives and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid search & social campaigns to recruit patients for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical trial objectives, target demographics, and messaging requirements.
  • Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to reach potential participants.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B split testing, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with patients.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns while seeking opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing paid media advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
