About the position

The Paid Digital Media Specialist at Datasite will support and coordinate paid media strategies under the guidance of the Senior Paid Media Manager. This role involves managing global campaigns across various marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing paid media plans that align with company objectives across all channels including paid search, display, video, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Help coordinate strategic planning sessions and team meetings to maintain consistency in campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Support optimization of global paid digital advertising campaigns to increase digital presence, maximize ROI and drive growth.
  • Contribute to reporting on campaign & regional performance results to stakeholders.
  • Support communication of paid media best practices within the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agency partners for campaign execution details and data collection.
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and advancements in digital advertising platforms.
  • Support integrated digital marketing strategy efforts alongside other departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client or agency-side paid digital media or digital marketing role.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads expertise is required.
  • Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
  • B2B and SaaS marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Lead generation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using a self-serve programmatic platform for media buying is preferred.
  • Global campaign experience a plus.
  • Familiarity using retargeting, display, and video campaign tactics as part of a multichannel digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills with an emphasis on insights from data analysis are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software is necessary.
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently under pressure are crucial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
