About the position

Yoga International is seeking an experienced and driven in-house Paid Media Account Manager to lead our paid media marketing strategy and oversee our paid marketing initiatives with enthusiasm, precision, creativity, and thoughtfulness. This role is pivotal in shaping our advertising efforts across multiple platforms, requiring a sharp attention to detail, impeccable organization, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a curious, creative, and discerning approach to testing and optimizations, demonstrating a willingness to jump in quickly and take charge of our paid media accounts. As a leader in the yoga industry since 1991, Yoga International has evolved from a print magazine to a digital resource hub, sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga through various formats, including written, video, and audio content. Our mission is to deliver the life-changing benefits of yoga in relatable and accessible ways, and we pride ourselves on being a thought leader in the yoga space. In December 2021, Gaia acquired Yoga International, bringing its operations in-house to Louisville, CO, while maintaining the unique brand identity of Yoga International. Our small team is composed of yoga enthusiasts and those curious about yoga, all dedicated to making the world a kinder, more conscious place. Responsibilities

  • Set up, organize, manage, and continually optimize Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc) ads, search engine ads (Google, Bing, etc), and other paid campaigns
  • Set strategy for all paid media for a large monthly budget, including allocating funds to proper paid avenues to maximize ROI and CPA goals
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and report these insights to the creative marketing team
  • Import, properly segment, and report on audiences in different campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid initiatives and campaigns
  • Forecast cost per member and make budget recommendations accordingly
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links and offers and make recommendations based on trends
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to create ad assets
  • Assist with marketing team needs including traditional marketing as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid ads across various channels
  • Experience in video and static ads, with a proven track record of optimizing for each medium
  • Experience managing accounts with a minimum of 1 million annual budget
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and best practices per platform
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management and ad optimization for algorithmic performance
  • Experience with website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • US citizenship or US residency with an existing work permit is required
  • Non-smoker
  • Must be available to work in our campus in Louisville, CO. This is not a remote role.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (USD)
