About the position

The Digital Paid Media Project Manager at Astound Broadband plays a crucial role in supporting the everyday operations of the Paid Media program. This position is detail-oriented and encompasses project management, administration, and consultancy within the digital paid media discipline. The manager will oversee the day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their timeliness and success. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Paid Media & Affiliates, the Digital Paid Media Project Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service in project management, creative development, strategic support, reporting, operational oversight, and addressing any other daily needs of the program. In this role, the manager will review and understand historical testing, innovations, and best practices within paid media. They will proactively maintain testing documentation and a master testing plan in collaboration with the agency, aligning with onsite and traditional marketing test plans. The manager will also design digital paid media campaigns aimed at efficiently driving sales while meeting company goals in key geographic markets and consumer segments. They will support the day-to-day project management of national and local paid media programs and campaigns for both Residential and Business-to-Business sectors. The Digital Paid Media Project Manager will act as a liaison to B2B and Corporate Residential functions to support campaign development, documentation, and logistics. They will take direction from the Senior Manager and Digital Marketing SVP to understand and enact campaigns and programs, working diligently to move priorities and projects along with urgency. Additionally, the manager will support accounting and finance teams in budget and invoice management, ensuring fiscal accountability of agency spend. This role requires being an integral team player, fitting in wherever team and program support is needed, and leading creative development for Paid Media campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Omni-channel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the everyday operations of the Paid Media program for Astound Broadband.
  • Act as a project manager, administrator, and consultant within the digital paid media discipline.
  • Oversee the day-to-day details and operations of corporate and local marketing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Digital Paid Media & Affiliates, providing excellent customer service.
  • Review and understand historical testing, innovations, and best practices within paid media.
  • Maintain testing documentation and master testing plan with the agency.
  • Design digital paid media campaigns to drive sales and meet company goals.
  • Support day-to-day project management of national and local paid media programs for Residential and B2B.
  • Develop campaign documentation including briefs, performance reports, and new market initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison to B2B and Corporate Residential functions for campaign development.
  • Support accounting/finance teams in budget and invoice management.
  • Lead creative development for Paid Media campaigns in collaboration with the Director, Omni-channel.
  • Develop a creative testing roadmap with the agency and convey tests across teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Paid Media, Creative Production Management, Digital Project Management experience is required.
  • 2-4 years of data reporting/analytics experience is required.
  • 1-2 years of people-management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with creative production management, including oversight of external agencies and internal production teams.
  • Experience managing testing in marketing disciplines, paid media or general digital preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to read and interpret paid media/digital performance data is critical.
  • Knowledge of modern Digital advertising landscape and how media channels work.
  • Strong project management skills, including commitment and follow-through on simultaneous projects.
  • Strong computer skills including Google/MS Office Suite, Google Marketing Platform/360, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and strong Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMI or industry certifications are preferred.
  • Skills in other modern digital advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and/or DMP systems exposure is preferred.
  • Experience with modern project management tools: Asana, Monday, Page Proof, etc. is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus, but not required.
