About the position

Stanley, a HAVI company, is seeking a talented Paid Media Analyst to join our Retail Marketing team in a temporary capacity. This role is crucial for driving Stanley's eCommerce success within the retail sector by leveraging various digital touchpoints, including search, social, and retail media networks. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and on-brand experience across all digital channels for Stanley's key retail accounts. This position is hybrid, based in our Seattle, WA office, and is temporary for a duration of 4 months, requiring part-time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Stanley's current paid media approach for retail, based on available data points, and strictly ensure future efficiencies.
  • Manage various projects across multiple retail media networks to ensure alignment with seasonal priorities, launches, sales goals, and more.
  • Lead the development of campaigns based on product initiatives, promotions, sales goals, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain working relationships with marketing counterparts at retail media networks within key accounts to foster collaboration.
  • Adapt brand-developed copy and imagery for various retail ad spaces suited for search, social platforms, and more to drive value and build consumer urgency.
  • Play a part in innovating and differentiating Stanley's paid media strategy in an increasingly competitive space at retail.
  • Collaborate with Stanley's eCommerce paid media team to ensure minimal overlap and competitive risk, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to successfully implement improvements in our paid media strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on paid media.
  • Experience with retail media networks is a plus (e.g., DICK's Media Network, Roundel, etc.).
  • Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Experience with advertising and retail media solutions, such as Criteo.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter who can work independently and determine priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven track record to prioritize tasks effectively.
