About the position

The Paid Media Analyst - Social is responsible for driving demand and lead generation for Affordable Care's network of supported dental practices through innovative and strategic social media advertising. This role focuses on creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns primarily on Facebook and Instagram, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring efficient budget utilization to maximize lead acquisition. The position aims to enhance the digital presence and engagement of Affordable Care's supported practices while contributing to the company's growth and online brand reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to support marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and team members to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify effective strategies for targeting and messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective paid media strategies.
  • Manage an annual advertising budget of $3M+, ensuring efficient allocation of funds.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Explore and implement strategies for growth into other social media channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets with at least $1M annual ad spend.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ad formats and audience targeting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing.
  • Experience with other social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok.
