About the position

The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Paid Social Media campaigns, optimizing vendor's brand and digital media components. This role involves building marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and managing campaign requirements while ensuring timely execution. The ideal candidate will leverage a data-driven approach to storytelling and optimization, thriving in a vendor-facing role that requires proactive problem-solving and adaptability to new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning of Paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Execute and optimize vendor's brand and digital media components of campaigns.
  • Build out marketing campaigns and pull data for Ad Manager functions on social media platforms.
  • Create campaigns using the new campaign button and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Post campaigns based on deadlines and manage all areas of campaign management.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with campaign pacing metrics and diagnostics.
  • Experience with Paid Ad Manager functions on Pinterest or Facebook/META.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a comparable field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Ability to work with large data sets (hundreds of lines and columns).
  • Overall tech savviness and passion for the social media tech world.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
