About the position

The Paid Media Analyst at Rent., a division of Redfin, is responsible for driving awareness, traffic, and leads for multi-family real estate properties through the management and optimization of digital marketing and paid media campaigns. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display, while ensuring effective performance measurement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns within the multi-family real estate vertical.
• Activate, manage, optimize, and analyze digital marketing and paid media campaigns.
• Deliver high-performing paid media campaigns by leveraging campaign metrics and consumer trends.
• Provide quality written and verbal insights to drive campaign performance and educate clients on best practices.
• Handle all day-to-day tasks associated with campaign management, including activation, fulfillment, tagging, and reporting.
• Drive account growth by delivering an excellent client experience and leading high-performance campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong account management and communication skills with experience managing strategic, high-value clients.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and deriving actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts, including key digital marketing metrics and platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
