About the position

As a Paid Media Analyst at Direct Agents, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position is designed for an experienced individual who is passionate about data-driven performance marketing and aims to exceed client goals. You will analyze campaign performance metrics and contribute to the agency's success through strategic insights and collaboration with cross-channel teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct testing, and implement optimizations to meet client KPI goals.
  • Assist in creating content for client proposals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Attend meetings with media partners and represent Direct Agents at industry conferences to seek new client growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams to develop omnichannel strategies that enhance campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand clients' business models, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Work with the Client Strategy team to align with client goals and develop effective media strategies.
  • Engage in regular client communication, providing updates on campaign progress and insights.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to conduct audits and develop customized pitches for clients.
  • Foster relationships with key vendors and media partners to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing biddable paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one biddable channel (social, search, programmatic, or Amazon).
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with raw data to identify trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
