About the position

The Paid Search Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing our search and social marketing initiatives, focusing on home-listing channels like Zillow, Realtor, and NewHomeSource. This position requires a digital marketing expert who can lead strategy and execution, ensuring effective campaign management and optimization across various paid media channels. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing, capable of driving data-driven insights and innovative testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end campaign setup, management, and optimization across paid media channels, focusing on Search and Social.
  • Serve as the primary contact with home-listing partners, assessing performance and exploring additional ad products/channels.
  • Develop and implement strategic mapping and media planning initiatives across various channels and divisions.
  • Conduct continuous keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies.
  • Establish and standardize UTM parameters for accurate tracking.
  • Build comprehensive reports and conduct ongoing performance analyses to drive data-driven insights.
  • Help establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Perform data analysis across web and CRM platforms to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive 'playbook' outlining the media strategy for the brand.
  • Monitor trends and engage in industry research to identify testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support holistic marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tactical alignment.
  • Lead training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer within expanding teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube; knowledge of social-ad platforms, display, and listing channels is a plus.
  • Ability to lead discussions and presentations on Paid Media with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with brands focused on lead generation, preferably in the real-estate vertical.
  • Competent knowledge of Google Analytics; GTM experience is a huge plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of all digital marketing channels, including Paid, Organic, Email, etc.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools, showcasing expertise in data analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high level of intellectual curiosity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real-estate vertical.
  • Knowledge of additional social-ad platforms and display channels.
