About the position

The Paid Media Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels, particularly focusing on search and social media. This position involves strategic planning, collaboration with home-listing partners, and data analysis to enhance the brand's digital presence and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end campaign setup, management, and optimization across paid media channels, focusing on Search and Social.
  • Serve as the primary contact with home-listing partners to assess performance and explore additional ad products/channels.
  • Develop and implement strategic mapping and media planning initiatives across various channels and divisions.
  • Conduct continuous keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies.
  • Establish and standardize UTM parameters for accurate tracking.
  • Build comprehensive reports and conduct ongoing performance analyses to drive data-driven insights.
  • Help establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Perform data analysis across web and CRM platforms to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive 'playbook' outlining the media strategy for the brand.
  • Monitor trends and engage in industry research to identify testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support holistic marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tactical alignment.
  • Lead training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer within expanding teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Paid Media
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of social-ad platforms, display, and listing channels considered a plus
  • Ability to lead discussions and presentations on Paid Media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with brands focused on lead generation, preferably in the real-estate vertical
  • Competent knowledge of Google Analytics, with GTM experience a huge plus
  • Fundamental understanding of all digital marketing channels, including Paid, Organic, Email, etc.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Passion for marketing, advertising, and branding.
