Responsibilities

• Drive awareness, traffic, and leads for multi-family real estate properties through digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns including paid search, social, and display advertising.
• Handle day-to-day management of accounts, including campaign fulfillment, activation, optimizations, and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance and ensure correct attribution to each paid media channel.
• Deliver quality insights to drive campaign performance and educate clients on best practices.
• Collaborate with managers, external vendors, and client-side property management companies to achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization through analysis of KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong account management and communication skills with experience managing strategic clients.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and deriving actionable insights.
• Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics and platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
