This exciting opportunity is within the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division of the Life Sciences Solutions Group. As a key player in our Global Digital Marketing Team, you will be crafting forward-thinking digital strategies and driving high-impact campaigns across various paid media channels. You will be instrumental in generating demand from molecular testing laboratories and raising awareness among clinicians and other clinical partners. This position is site based at our Carlsbad, CA office. In this role, you will partner with key collaborators to design, implement, and optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising. You will continually monitor and optimize website search rankings through regular SEO strategies, own the digital marketing budget, and ensure effective spend management. Additionally, you will drive continuous content marketing programs, evaluate performance metrics, and establish processes for maintaining strong digital campaign performance. Your ability to develop targeting strategies and collaborate with regional and corporate partners will be crucial in ensuring operational alignment and effective project coordination. You will work closely with marketing program teams to ensure that digital marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives, including sales funnel and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key collaborators to design, implement, and optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Continually monitor and optimize website search rankings through regular SEO strategies.
  • Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring dedication and providing regular guidance on spend management.
  • Drive continuous content marketing programs to ensure a steady stream of digital content for various platforms.
  • Evaluate and report on performance metrics regularly, providing optimization guidance to partners.
  • Establish and maintain processes that ensure consistent use of optimized methodologies to maintain strong digital campaign performance.
  • Handle digital projects, communicate effectively with collaborators, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop targeting strategies by channel to ensure campaigns reach specific audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate digital marketing partners to ensure operational alignment and effective project coordination.
  • Work closely with the marketing program teams to ensure digital marketing strategies are driving business objectives, including sales funnel and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a similar field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing digital marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to use industry trends and standard methodologies to create an exceptional digital customer experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a shown ability to formulate digital performance outcomes that meet business needs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Collaborative partner who can positively influence across functional teams in a sophisticated, highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
