About the position

The Campaign Manager will lead and optimize advertising campaigns for Creative Circle, focusing on delivering outstanding performance and meeting client objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong background in online trafficking, campaign management, and bid management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and strategic adjustments.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with the media planning team to create effective media plans.
• Utilize analytical skills to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvements.
• Manage and prioritize ticket submissions related to campaign adjustments and issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in online trafficking and bid management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated client service experience and relationship management.
• Familiarity with media planning and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to foster team communication and collaboration.
