About the position

As Paid Media Ops, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive performance and achieve client objectives. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to effectively target audiences, manage budgets, and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and the success of our clients, making you an integral part of our One Team, One Mission. In this role, you will create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies within Google Ads, including PPC, YouTube, Display, and PMAX. You will oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, which includes budget management, ad group setup, keyword refinement, targeting adjustments, performance monitoring, and optimization. Collaboration with support teams on pre, mid, and post-campaign requirements will be essential to ensure the success of each campaign. You will leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve ROI. Developing ad copy according to the ad format, including headlines, descriptions, keywords, and extensions, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in tag/pixel creation, platform setup, and troubleshooting. Your role will also include assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for paid media management to set performance standards and streamline execution. A key aspect of this position is the drive to discover, learn, adapt, and test new ideas to continually enhance our Google Ads offerings. Staying up to date with the latest industry news related to PPC will be crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies within Google Ads including PPC, YouTube, Display and PMAX

  • Collaborate effectively with Support teams on pre, mid and post campaign requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent digital advertising or ad operations experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on agency experience; working on multiple clients across various industries
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Adwords certifications required
  • Proven expertise and demonstration in efficiently managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns
  • Skilled in keyword research, analytics, and data interpretation
  • Experience managing campaigns in an MCC environment
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a large number of accounts with minimal direction
  • Flexibility and innovation; able to reset priorities to meet changing client goals
