As Paid Media Ops, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and optimizing our Social campaigns to drive performance and achieve client objectives. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to effectively target audiences, manage budgets, and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and the success of our clients, making you an integral part of our One Team, One Mission. In this role, you will create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various Social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, which includes budget management, ad group setup, creative refinement, targeting adjustments, performance monitoring, and optimization. Collaboration with support teams on pre, mid, and post-campaign requirements will be essential to ensure the success of each campaign. You will leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will be responsible for tag/pixel creation, platform setup, and troubleshooting. Assisting in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paid media management will help set performance standards and streamline execution. A drive to discover, learn, adapt, and test new ideas will be necessary to continually enhance our Social offering. Staying up to date with the latest industry news related to all Social platforms, including restrictions and guidelines, will also be part of your responsibilities.
