The Director, Paid Media will work with a team of professionals managing the performance marketing efforts for multiple lines of business. This position relies on the ability to work with large data sets and utilize necessary tools to structure, clean, and map data, allowing for in-depth analysis to inform future strategy. The role involves managing monthly budgets exceeding seven figures and requires comfort in recommending and implementing data-backed action plans at this scale. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies leveraging expertise in paid search, local service ads (LSAs), display, and social media to drive growth performance and improve efficiency. You will lead corporate-driven paid media programs while also serving as the primary point of contact for SERVPRO franchise owners globally. Collaborating with agency partners, you will understand franchise owners' business goals and translate them into actionable local paid media strategies. Your responsibilities will include auditing campaign structures, parameters, and reporting to identify opportunities for improving data accuracy and informing future strategies. Ongoing account optimization will be a key focus, including structure and targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword expansion, and enhancing bid management processes. You will utilize advanced knowledge of Google and Meta ads testing capabilities to design and implement large-scale testing of conversion goals, targeting, keyword composition, and creative. Additionally, you will evaluate and test new media channels, monitor campaign performance closely, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI. You will also establish share of voice priorities leveraging data and insights, stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry trends, and spearhead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Presenting performance reports and insights to leadership in a clear and compelling manner will be essential, demonstrating the value of paid media and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
