W.Bradford is seeking a Paid Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a global full-service marketing collective, we pride ourselves on elevating brands through sophisticated strategies in branding, content marketing, video, social media, and website management. In this role, the Paid Social Media Intern will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these platforms and experience in running ads. This position involves creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing data to track campaign performance, and collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure the success of our initiatives. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing while contributing to the success of our clients' campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media and eager to develop their skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Run social media ads and track campaign performance
  • Analyze social media data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in social media marketing
  • Experience running social media ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Ability to discuss all aspects of social media including Partnerships, Placements, Ad Units, Testing Road Maps, Pixels, Measurement, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools
