In this position, you will manage, oversee, and evaluate our media agency partners, ensuring optimal team structures and performance. You will develop, manage, and execute top-tier media partnerships with various entities, including entertainment companies, music festivals, and sports leagues. Collaborating with marketing managers, you will plan, coordinate, execute, and report on the regional media strategy for marketing campaigns and activations. Your role will also involve driving marketing initiatives through a comprehensive multi-channel media strategy, encompassing both digital and traditional offline channels. You will work closely with internal marketing and cross-functional teams to develop media briefs and oversee the tactical execution of media buys, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery. Participation in campaign ideation will be crucial, as you will offer proactive media insights to inform overall campaign strategy. Analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns, optimizing spend and performance, and communicating data-driven insights will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will identify and engage with new media partners, integrating them into our overall media strategy while seeking strategic opportunities for operational efficiencies within the team.
